Health and vitality is your body's natural state of being. By nourishing the body, and establishing physiological safety, it has the ability to heal itself. In the Embody phase, we lay the foundation of healing through personalized nutrition, mindful movement, and intuitive wellness.

Once the body feels safe physically, we can introduce emotional regulation and safety. The restoration phase focuses on nervous system regulation, adrenal health, and mindfulness to prepare the body to heal spiritually and emotionally.

Once the body and nervous system is restored and nourished, it is ready to tap into its own self-healing abilities. In the revitalize process, we focus on addressing energetic and emotional imbalances in the body.

In the last and final phase, we focus on raising the vibration of the body to maintain optimal health and create the life that you want. You are given personalized tools to maintain optimal health for life.
