Inner Sanctuary Retreat is consciously curated to offer you sacred space for you to return to the divinity of your own being. Tucked away in Texas Hill Country just north of San Antonio, our private women’s retreat weekend is intentionally created for you to rest, heal, and nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
Our 3-day retreat offers a tranquil weekend of Reiki, sound healing, meditation, nourishment, and connection with like-minded women.

Retreat FAQs
are there payment plans?
Interest-free payment plans are available upon request. All payment plans require a $500 non-refundable down payment.
Am I required to participate in group offerings?
While participation is always encouraged, you are never required to attend any group offerings if you wish to take time for yourself instead.
What if I can’t make it? Is your retreat refundable?
This retreat is non-refundable and all payments are final. However, if you wish you pass your spot along to someone else you feel may benefit from our retreat, you may transfer your spot.
What is the best way to get to your retreat?
For Houston residents, our retreat home is about a 4 hour drive. For out-of-state attendees or those who wish to fly, the nearest airport is San Antonio International Airport.
Do you accommodate for dietary restrictions?
Yes! Our menu is intentionally created to nourish you from the inside and out. All of our meals are gluten free and dairy free. If you have allergies or need dietary accommodations, please let us know upon registration.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are prohibited and are not allowed on our retreat property.
What should I bring?
A suggested packing list will be provided 10 days before our retreat start date.
What should I do to prepare?
Come as you are. Whether you are in the midst of your healing journey or are just getting started, you are not required to do any preparation work before your arrival.
